The goals for the pilot program included the following: 

  • Boost the ability of SCHA + SLLC to meet land stewardship goals (beautifying edges, reducing weed growth, and encouraging edible landscapes); 
  • Grow free, organic  food + medicinal plants to sustain SLLC communities and beyond!
  • Collaborate with land stewards across the SLLC and SCHA to  support one another’s growing / landscape projects
